The Opportunity
Cint seeks a Researcher to join our team working on the qualifications library and profiling strategy, reporting to Susanne Lindner.
This cross-departmental group is reviewing how questions are asked, how they can be improved and how changes can be easily implemented.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about question design and the impact it has on participants and the data captured.
The main responsibilities of the role are reviewing existing questions and answers, researching industry recommendations and suggesting improvements to the team for implementation.
Important for this role will also be to take cultural differences into account and be mindful of local restrictions and requirements.
Candidates with a can-do attitude and a proactive, hands-on approach, who like to problem solve and who work well in a team environment will thrive in this team.

The Team
This role will be within the Demand Integrations team and also closely linked to a cross-departmental group focused on qualifications. It will report directly into the VP of Demand Integrations and Optimization.
The Demand Integrations team is part of the overall Customer Experience Org. They work closely with all departments, acting as facilitators between the internal sales and customer success teams and the external customers and their tech teams. They also focus on optimization and health, which is closely linked to our qualification library.
The Demand Integrations team supports customers globally.
Team members are located in various US and European cities as well as in India.
What You Will Do
- Research question design and industry standards
- Review existing questions and answers
- Suggest updates to existing questions & answers
- Create new questions & answers
What We Are Looking For
- Experience with questionnaire design and/or empirical research
- Ability to focus on large amounts of data daily
- Enjoys solving problems based on data
- Strong communicator and flexible team player
- Basic knowledge of MS-Office products - key features expertise:
- Excel V-lookups, Pivot tables with filtering/formulas/etc, de-duplications checks
- Extremely thorough and detail-oriented in both communication and analysis
- Must be able to work in an evolving, fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment
Bonus Points If You Have
- Any degree related to question design (e.g., Sociology, Social Sciences, Research related subjects)
- Conducted or been part of a research project
- Used any programming software to script a survey
