The Opportunity:

Shutterstock is seeking an Interim Sales Recruiter for a fixed 3-month term. This position is based in the US and will cover both EST and PST time zones. You will have the opportunity to work with an outstanding, high-performing global team that supports each other to achieve success. Additionally, you will gain exposure to tools such as WD Recruiting, Rooster, Metaview, and LI Recruiter.

The day to day:

• Manage end to end Requisitions across a diverse range of functions across the business with specific focus on Sales and Enterprise hiring

• Serve as a Shutterstock brand ambassador by providing an extraordinary experience to both external candidates and internal partners.

• Develop robust & diverse candidate pipelines through professional networking and relevant social media platforms.

• Partner with your colleagues in Talent Acquisition to drive business priorities and growth initiatives.

• Engage with candidates and hiring managers to deliver a streamlined experience where candidates feel valued and inspired.

• Partner with HRBPs to manage open requisitions and develop job descriptions.

• Manage the data integrity of our ATS and recruiting workflow.

• Leverage data and reporting to iterate the recruiting process on a regular basis.

• Pitch clever new ideas of how to do things better, because we can all learn from each other.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Demonstrated experience working in-house as a Sales Recruiter

• Adept with Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Expertise in managing a high-volume workflow in a vibrant environment

• Experience working in a global market, both in terms of attracting candidates and partner management

• A deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find and recognize those diamonds in the rough, along with a couple of innovative tricks up your sleeve.

• Passion for the candidate experience and stellar client service.

The pay range for this position is below:
• 37.00 - 43.00 per hour in New York
