About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an Intern for our Client Success Team in Brazil. In this role, you will be partnered with and learn from our Sales team in Brazil who are our customer journey experts with the primary focus to drive customer satisfaction and product usage through various activities. As an intern, you will learn with activities in a fast-paced, creative environment as a preparation to start your professional career.

• Learn to interact cross functionally

• Learn to interact with creatives, marketeers, finance administrators, etc in Agencies, Corporations and Media Companies.

• Develop and apply logical thinking and organizational skills

• Develop advanced excel and powerpoint skills

• Develop English skills

Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales teams by creating sales quotes and processing purchase orders

• Interact with internal Support team on Admin, Finance and Reporting inquiries

• Interact with clients on inquiries about content files, asset information and platform settings

• Join special team projects

What you’ll bring to the Role

• Studying the 3rd or 4th semester of Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or other Business areas

• Good communication skills, Portuguese and intermediate English (speaking and writing). Spanish is a plus.

• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strategic thinking and problem solving initiative

• Comfortable having direct contact with clients
