Opportunity:

Shutterstock is looking for a Manager, CRM Audiences & Data to join its Global CRM and Retention Marketing team. Reporting to the Director, CRM Operations, you will be responsible for requirements gathering, building, and ongoing support and execution of audiences via our CDP (Hightouch), and ESP (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). The role requires strong SQL and DBMS skills. You will work closely with Customer Marketing stakeholders to ensure we deliver the right audiences and segmentation, to the right platforms, and with the right timing. You will also play a role in ensuring our Marketing/CRM capabilities are

continuously evolving to meet the ongoing needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Shutterstock’s CRM audiences in our CDP (Hightouch)

• Fully understand Shutterstock’s data (SQL, Snowflake)

• Gather requirements, build and maintain automated audiences and segmentation

• Ensure delivery of audiences to ESP (email platform)

• Monitor / analyze marketing audiences for reliability

• Establish dashboards and other support tools to share audience sizing

• Perform peer reviews and QA to ensure quality standards are met

• Build partnerships and instill trust with Customer Marketing partners

• Communicate and coordinate status updates, ETAs, and blockers

• Be involved in retrospectives and feedback sessions to continue iterating and improving processes
  

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SQL and DBMS

• Experience working with marketing automation tools

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects and juggle competing priorities and deadlines

• Accountable and self-motivated

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Desire to be a part of and contribute to a high-performance culture

• Works well under tight deadlines and a constantly changing high-growth environment

• 5+ years experience - database marketing experience preferred

• Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree a plus
