Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team, supporting hotel partners through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.

All onboarding, training, and ongoing support is delivered remotely from our New Orleans office, enabling you to support hotel partners globally without requiring travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and training for new hotel customers via Zoom
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across global accounts
  • Drive product adoption, engagement, and retention
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage many accounts
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
