WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a Software Project Manager to join our Technology team. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role will bridge Technology, Product, and Operations to ensure that our software initiatives are scoped, planned, and delivered with precision. You’ll oversee project execution for new features, integrations, and enhancements to our proprietary tools (like Research Desk and Research Defender), while also driving process improvements and keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
This is not a “check-the-box” PM role — it’s for someone who thrives in a startup environment, can manage multiple competing priorities, and isn’t afraid to dive into technical detail to unblock a project.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of projects: requirements gathering, sprint planning, status updates, and delivery.
- Act as the central point of coordination across Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Partner with Product and Technology leaders to translate requirements into project plans with timelines, deliverables, and owners.
- Track progress, identify risks, and proactively propose solutions to keep projects moving.
- Implement and continuously improve processes for project tracking, reporting, and communication.
- Ensure technology initiatives align with company priorities, including fraud prevention, data quality, and customer success.
- Serve as the “air traffic controller” for the CTO — helping prioritize and manage workload across multiple initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 4+ years of experience in software/technical project management (SaaS or data-focused products preferred).
- Strong technical acumen — you don’t need to code, but you can comfortably understand APIs, integrations, and system dependencies.
- Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Exceptional organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical details to non-technical teams and vice versa.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Bonus: experience in market research, data collection, or related industry.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary, plus opportunity for quarterly bonus program based on company and individual performance
- Employer subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- 401K plan and matching program
- Work from home with reimbursements for work-related expenses
- Company-provided computer
- Paid volunteer program
- An opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest in the market research industry and drive large-scale innovation in "restech"
