The Opportunity

Cint seeks a Financial Analyst to support the organization’s rapid growth. As a member of the FP&A team, you’ll help define and deliver insightful forecasts, models, analysis, and metrics to business leadership. This role will focus on supporting Corporate & Commercial (Customer Experience) functions as well as Integration projects and will report into Manager FP&A.

What You Will Do

• Finance partner functions with focus on Corporate & Customer Experience (variance analysis, headcount management, budgeting, forecasting)
• Support in special projects such as quarterly commission calculations & integration forecasting
• Analysis of OPEX with monthly follow-ups. Accrual analysis as needed.
• Collaboration with Accounting and CFO office support, other projects and improvements

What We Are Looking For

• University/College degree, business administration or finance.
• More than 1 year experience from similar job
• Attention to details
• Structured and organized
• Excellent analytical skills
• Big data experience
• Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint,
• Good skills in preparing material for presentations

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience using BI-tools

Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):
In California, Colorado, New York City and Washington, the anticipated pay range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
