The Opportunity

The Demand Integrations team mission is to deliver deep technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions to develop automated workflows for partners via API integrations.

As Integration Consultant in the Demand Integrations team, you will be responsible for your own set of existing customers and onboarding new customers and ensuring that their integration is done quickly and successfully.

Important metrics for every Integration Consultant are the health of their customer’s integration, the growth of their customer and the speed to launch for every new customer.

The Integration Consultants work closely with the Customer Success Team and the Account Management. On the technical side, we provide feedback to our internal tech and product teams about customer feedback and needs.

This position is focused on our customers in the NA/LATAM region and therefore requires the candidate to support and be flexible with these time zones.

The Team

The Demand Integrations team is part of the overall Customer Experience Org. We work closely with all departments, acting as facilitators between our internal sales and customer success teams and the external customers and their tech teams.

We also close the loop between our internal tech and product teams with customer feedback and feature requests to ensure customer voices are heard.

The Demand Integrations team supports customers globally.

Team members are located in various US and European cities as well as in India.

Our team supports three main areas: Cint’s Marketplaces, Measurement and Data solutions, and Optimization & Health.

What You Will Do

  • Build and manage relationships with customers in our allocated portfolio to drive the health and growth of your customer’s integrations
  • Gain an understanding of your customer’s internal structures, key stakeholders and their business and needs
  • Provide technical guidance to customers during all phases of their integration life cycle
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders in multiple regions
  • Collaborate with the other account team members to update them on progress, plan and implement measures to grow your customers
  • Analyze your customers’ integration performance on a regular basis to proactively recommend improvements internally and to your customers
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional fashion
  • Create and update internal documentation regularly
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support any fraud and/or security concerns and vulnerabilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with Tech and Product teams to provide customer feedback and advocate for customer needs
  • Develop a full understanding the industries in which Cint and your customers operate
  • Ability to understand different and unique customer business models and how an integrating with Cint will benefit them

What We Are Looking For

  • Technical experience relating to APIs, API implementation, platform-to-platform integrations
  • Ability to focus on large amounts of data daily
  • Enjoys solving problems and prefers analytical methods
  • Strong communicator and flexible team player
  • Ability to convey complicated ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using MS-Office products - key features expertise:
    • Excel V-lookups, Pivot tables with filtering/formulas/etc, de-duplications checks
  • Extremely thorough and detail-oriented in both communication and analysis
  • Must be able to work in an evolving, fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with Market Research
  • Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, as well as at least one programming language
  • Experience with SQL, Postman, Power BI, JIRA, or Salesforce is a plus
  • Awareness of modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on application architecture and API infrastructure
  • Additional Language skills beyond English


Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):
In California, Colorado, New York City and Washington, the anticipated pay range for this role is $70,000 to $91,000 annual base salary with on target variable compensation of $7,000 - $9,100. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
