Job Description

We’re looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join Levelset, a Procore Company, in the Customer Success department. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to Levelset’s Enterprise customers, building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and guiding them through their Payment Hero journey from onboarding to renewal and beyond. You’ll focus on ensuring Levelset’s customers are well supported, educated, and fully adopted on our platform.

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the key partner for a designated portfolio of Levelset customers in our Enterprise segment to increase utilization and adoption, stabilize retention and promote loyalty through meaningful business reviews and day to day interactions. Use your confident communication skills, resourcefulness and infinite curiosity to develop strong customer relationships, drive customer goals and advocate internally for features and improvements with high ROI. The Enterprise Customer Success role is expansive and highly visible. It will provide you with a suite of transferable and marketable skills that will position you well to advance your career within or outside of Levelset, a Procore Company.

This position reports into the Manager of Mid Market and Enterprise Customer Success and will be based out of our New Orleans, LA office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate and lead strategic and insightful business reviews with large, complex organizational teams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive towards customer goals and be the voice of the customer to provide clarity and visibility both internally and externally

  • Lead new customers through a successful onboarding and manage on-going success plans to enable customers to achieve their desired business outcomes in Levelset

  • While this isn’t a sales role, you’ll work closely with the expansion account management team to identify expansion opportunities in your account portfolio and drive toward net negative churn

  • Provide the highest level of service to your portfolio of customers through diligent communication

  • Partner with Account Executives, Product and other Customer Success teams to develop and maintain best practices in support of customer goals

  • Travel to customer sites, industry events or other Levelset and Procore offices, at least quarterly

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or similar role

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Experience communicating with all levels of large, complex organizations, especially with the C-Suite

  • Curiosity about the construction industry, Levelset’s customers and platform

  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to multitask and prioritize competing customer needs

  • Ability to quickly understand Levelset’s technology and the problems we’re solving in the construction industry

  • Experience relating to construction or financial SaaS industry is preferred

  • Experience related to the credit management or construction industry a plus

  • Proficiency with Mac Operating System, G Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $80,640 - $110,880 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $100,800 - $138,600. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
