Job Description

We’re looking for a Manager, Technical Marketing to join Procore’s Go To Market organization. In this role, you’ll help to both develop and execute a strategy to ensure technical product marketing content is aligned to the business goals of each major global region.

As a Manager, Technical Marketing, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between the business teams and your colleagues in product and technical marketing. You will provide direction and support to the individuals who report to you, currently one newly hired Technical Marketing Manager in each region for APAC and EMEA, and will execute the same type of work for our North America (NAMER) teams. Truly a player/coach, this person will be as much a leader in personal presence and influence as in title and assigned responsibilities.

While this position is part of a dynamite team at a great company, the transformation we are undergoing as an organization means the right person for the role needs to be experienced in dealing with ambiguity, identifying ways to bring order to chaos, defining and evolving systems and processes to help with growth, and developing positive relationships at all levels of an organization.

This position reports into the Director, Global Technical Marketing and may be based in one of our office locations or remotely. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Determine key quantitative ways to evaluate effectiveness and apply insights accordingly.

  • Assist on strategy and delivery of Technical Marketing programs

  • Work in partnership with Product Management, Product Strategy, Solutions Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, aligning strategic and tactical planning to promote Procore solutions, such as:
    - Product launch materials
    - Strategic demos
    - Product enablement
    - Recommended visuals for key events, sales plays, and campaigns

  • Oversee overall plan and delivery for regionalized support, assessing the needs for new content, tools, templates, project plans and other systems or procedures.

  • Create powerful story narratives that visually communicate the value of Procore products and platform, such as videos, screenshots, demos, or webinars.

  • Directly manage two also newly hired individuals for Technical Marketing in EMEA and APAC.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Marketing, Sales Engineering/Solution Consulting, or similar relevant experience required. Prior people management a plus.

  • Presentation Skills: background in presenting, facilitating and creating presentation materials on a large scale with multiple audience types, including delivery in live, virtual, classroom, and recorded environments.

  • Production Skills: Strong writing, video, photo editing, and/or demo creation experience.

  • Communication across multiple channels with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to proactively anticipate obstacles and create solutions

  • Proven success in cross-functional project management

  • Passion for new technology, improving the lives of those in the construction industry, and event marketing

  • Willing to work flexibly to accommodate multiple time zones and geography

  • Travel up to 25%, but more likely 10-15% of time, depending on primary work location.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $113,000 - $156,000. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
