Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join Procore as the Director of Global Channel Strategy & Programs. This role owns the development, scale and performance of Procore’s Global Channel Partner Program strategy and portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing revenue-generating channel programs covering services, sell-with, and sell-through channel motions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, launch, and manage global partner programs covering Influence, Reseller, Disti, Marketplace, Services, and Managed Service motions.
  • Design, implement, and optimize foundational program components, including incentives, certifications, specializations, and tiering.
  • Develop and execute critical program success elements, including recruiting, vetting, activation, onboarding, and enablement.
  • Own the strategy and assist in the roll-out of our PRM, self-service, and integration with our Sales and Revenue Ops organizations and tech stack.
  • Work with various partner types, including Public-Sector disti/resellers, System Integrators, Value-Added Resellers, Marketplace/Hyperscalers, and global consultancies.
  • Lead and grow a team of Global program, onboarding, enablement, and channel ops resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with global channel and sales leadership to ensure alignment with Procore’s global partner program while addressing regional business needs and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on channel performance, including pipeline development, revenue generation, and partner satisfaction metrics.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in channel program development and management.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful channel partner ecosystems, driving significant revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker who can develop and execute channel strategies that align with broader business objectives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI from channel partnerships.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $164,080 - $225,610 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $234,400 - $322,300. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
