Job Description

Procore is looking for a Sr. Revenue Strategy Analyst to influence the strategy and planning of our Go-To-Market teams and targets. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the Revenue Strategy & Planning team, collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing data, providing insights, and recommending solutions to solve critical planning initiatives.

As a Sr. Revenue Strategy Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing our planning programs with a focus on quota creation and capacity planning. You’ll identify opportunities to improve revenue performance through our revenue planning programs focused on target and quota management, headcount management, and compensation. This is driven through partnership with our Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, Strategy, Insights, Finance, and Talent teams. Your data-driven decisions will ensure our planning programs align with our revenue strategy to support the overall success of the Revenue organization and drive business outcomes.

This role has the opportunity to work based out of any of our US offices, or remotely in the US. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Lead various aspects of annual revenue planning, including target setting, productivity & quota setting, headcount planning, territory assignment, and more.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to analyze and optimize headcount capacity, productivity, and territory alignment to improve sales ROI and accelerate revenue acquisition.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for various stakeholders across Procore; present key findings and actionable recommendations to senior-level leadership.
  • Develop rapport and build relationships throughout the organization, specifically across the Revenue Org, including with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Insights, Finance, and Channel Partner teams.
  • Support the design of our incentive programs and ensure they align with our revenue strategy and drive the ideal behavior from our field teams - inclusive of role scoping, compensation plan measures, exception request strategy, and sales performance incentive funds.
  • Execute recommendations by collaborating with Revenue Leaders, Field Operations, Finance, and Talent teams

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, marketing, or sales operations; sales strategy & planning experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills - experience pulling and manipulating data, and communicating insights to business partners; previous involvement in analyzing sales capacity and performance metrics is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset - align critical thinking skills with broader business objectives to understand how individual decisions impact overall Revenue strategy.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the capability to identify root causes, navigate ambiguity, and find practical resolutions to complex issues.
  • Strong knowledge of sales systems and tools (Salesforce.com, Tableau, Clari, etc.); SaaS experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of being a self-starter; ability to independently identify opportunities, take initiative, and deliver impactful results in fast-paced environments.
