Job Description

We’re looking for a Director, Product Readiness to join Procore’s global marketing organization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s marketing strategy, brand presence, and driving the success of our products in the market. You will lead a team of product and construction technical experts. The team is responsible to partner with the portfolio marketing organization by providing Procore solution expertise that can be translated to customer business value. They ensure teams are fully equipped to sell and implement the Procore portfolio.

As the Director, Product Readiness, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Technology, GTM, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our products are effectively promoted and drive education on the value of Procore to the industry. You’ll leverage your technical enablement savvy, product driven insights, and love for construction to help Procore be the leading innovator in construction technology. You will ensure GTM teams are ready to engage with customers about how Procore solutions solve construction challenges. You have a passion for increasing the adoption of Procore solutions with customers and expanding Procore’s position as a leader in the construction industry.

This position reports into the Sr. Director of GTM Readiness and has the opportunity to work remotely in the US or be based out of any of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Direct a team of product and industry experts to evangelize the value of Procore

  • Support the development of comprehensive GTM plans for product launches and major updates

  • Oversee the development of technical marketing content, revenue enablement materials, product content, and other resources necessary to support and align with product marketing efforts

  • Conduct research, analyze industry trends, and gather client insights to inform product marketing strategies and influence product development decisions

  • Work closely with the revenue enablement team to provide the necessary tools, training, and resources for Sales and Customer Success so they can effectively sell and speak to our product portfolio

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of product readiness initiatives

  • Drive adoption of Procore products through all stages of the customer journey

  • Cultivate the skills of your team to be the industry facing subject matter experts on all things Procore

  • Up to 15% domestic travel

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience

  • 12+ years of B2B software/technology product marketing experience.

  • Experience leading, inspiring, and building a high performing team of technical product marketers

  • Demonstrated success in high-growth and fast-paced environments

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization

  • Strong project management and time management skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Track record of successfully working cross functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Support teams

  • Experience designing and delivering innovative enablement programs tailored to different learning styles through the use of learning and enablement technologies

  • You are a thought leader with the ability to connect with wide audiences, an avid storyteller, with a true passion for construction who embodies Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $180,600 - $248,325. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
