KREWE is looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join its team of smart creatives further expanding our ability to drive brand growth through on time and accurate delivery of its product.

This role will work directly for the Fulfillment Manager supporting fulfillment and warehouse execution. Duties will include reviewing pick tickets, picking orders, packaging orders according to brand standard by channel, unloading inbound shipments and stocking pick locations. To be successful in this role you must have keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic. A KREWE Fulfillment Associate picks and packs orders quickly, efficiently and accurately while adhering to our safety and quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pick and pack e-commerce, wholesale and store restock orders accurately and efficiently according to KREWE brand guidelines
  • Ability to read a pick ticket or order. Pick/pack correct product(s) quickly and accurately
  • Prepare packaging containers for all order types.
  • Ability to identify products accurately by sight and barcode.
  • Maintain all bin locations with product, restocking as needed
  • Awareness of all product locations (pick locations, backstock locations)
  • Prepare for and assist with accurate counting, unpacking and merchandising of incoming manufacturer orders
  • Ensures quality standards are maintained on all outgoing orders
  • Check in/receive returned product, repackage to uphold brand standards
  • Takes part in inventory hard counts and cycle counts
  • With Manager, ensures all outbound shipments are picked up daily
  • Communicates with team members calmly and effectively. Communicates any questions to the manager in a timely manner.
  • Maintains standards of organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse. Keeps all shared and personal areas clean and tidy.
  • Follows all company safety standards
  • Other fulfillment and warehouse related duties as assigned
  • Reports to Fulfillment Manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in warehouse or fulfillment center
  • Understanding of ERP/warehouse software, Google suite and Slack a plus
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours
  • Ability to lift 60+lbs
  • Ability to bend, lift, carry throughout day
  • Problem-solving skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Can maintain consistent schedule with on-time arrival daily
  • May be required to work extended hours during high volume periods
